finally settled in Llandyfan just outside Ammanford. Richard had a
very up bringing enjoying his Rugby, Squash, Swimming, Horse Riding
, Cycling and most of all his love of acting began to grow. His
first steps onto a stage came via the Welsh tradition of the
Eisteddfod where he competed in recitation and drama throughout his

forged friendships that have lasted the test of time – his wife,
best friends and God Parents to his Daughter are all friends he made
here. Richard then took his training further and won a place as an

This once again was under the watchful eye of Paul Clements and
along side him this time was Andrew Neil ( another large influence
on him)
On graduating Richard started out his career landing the role of Huw Edwards on BBC televisions Eastenders. He stayed with the show for three very happy years, during which time he got married and grew his hair very long!!
